Juvederm

Juvederm Ultra and Ultra Plus were developed as hyaluronic acid dermal filler gels for the correction of superficial and deep wrinkles and folds, lip enhancement and overall facial volume loss. They are temporary products that will last for 6-12 months.  Multiple injections of Juvederm to create a three dimensional effect are performed into the areas of concern.  You may experience some bruising or swelling that will resolve in a few days after treatment.  After swelling has resolved you may decide to have additional product injected for a further enhancement.

Injections are performed with tiny needles, in the office.  Topical anesthesia makes the treatment more comfortable.  As with any type of filler enhancement it is recommended that you seek an experienced injector. Dr. Zimmerman has been trained and certified by Allergan (Botox Cosmetic(R) and Juvederm), Medicis (Restylane, Perlane and Dysport), Bioform (Radiesse), Sonafi-Aventis (Sculptra), Ortho Dermatologics (Evolence) and Suneva (Artefill).  He performs more than 1000 injections per year for facial enhancements, teaches courses in filler injection and is a member of the Liquid FaceLift Association.
